I have been coaching since 2005 and have worked with many international athletes, helping them progress from beginners to medallists at global championships. I have also served as Team Throws coach at various Championships for England and Great Britain. I take a calm and approachable style to coaching, simplifying training to make it easy to understand. I currently coach 2 time World Shot Put Champion Chase Jackson.
